Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Adult cats and dogs are welcome.
A $300 pet deposit ($150 refundable) is required.
Pet Rent of $15 per month is required for one pet and $25 for two.
No more than two pets per apartment.
Pets must be full grown, currently licensed, tagged with all inoculations required by government authorities.
No dogs over 35 pounds allowed.
Cats must be neutered or spayed.
ALL PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES.
No reptiles are permitted.
No visiting pets are allowed for any amount of time.
The following breeds are not permitted: Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Pit Bulls or any family of the Pit Bulls, Boxers, German Shepards, Huskies, and Akitas & Dobermans.
To help us keep track of the dogs on the property, a picture of your pet is required in your resident file.
There are a few larger dogs that are grandfathered in as they have been residents prior to Pacific West taking over management.
